Melbourne

Avina might be a new name, but you may already know some of our teams. Therapy Pro, Adaptability Therapy and Tashacare have come together as Avina — one national allied health and behaviour support community with 400+ clinicians across NSW, QLD, VIC and SA.
We deliver Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics and Positive Behaviour Support across community, clinic and telehealth settings.
About the Role We're growing our North East Melbourne Occupational Therapy team and are looking for OTs at different stages of their career to join us.
You'll have access to our Northcote clinic on High Street as your local team base, with flexibility to work across clinic, community and home depending on your day and caseload.
Community caseloads are built with your location in mind wherever possible, helping to keep travel practical and manageable. We're particularly interested in OTs around Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Reservoir, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Bundoora, Greensborough and surrounding suburbs.
You'll work with NDIS participants across the lifespan, with opportunities across functional assessments, capacity building, assistive technology, home modifications and ongoing therapy. Your caseload, supervision and expectations will be tailored to your experience and clinical interests.
We Welcome
Early career OTs looking to build confidence with great support around them
Experienced OTs wanting flexibility, variety and multidisciplinary collaboration
Clinicians who enjoy community practice but still want a local clinic and team base
