If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our WA Warehouse Supervisor.
IN THIS ROLE
In this position, you will have the prospect to lead, inspire and support a medium sized dedicated warehouse team while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of teamwork, safety and continuous improvement.
As our warehouse supervisor your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead the warehouse team- allocate tasks, manage workload, coach employees and keep team motivated.
Plan daily operations- organise inward goods, container unloading, picking, packing, dispatch, and replenishment based on priorities.
Manage Inventory and liaise with demand planning teams
Ensure safety and compliance.
Manage staff performance- conduct training, provide feedback and address performance or attendance issues when required
Communicate effectively with other relevant departments
Manage measured KPIs
Drive continuous improvement- identify ways to improve processes and make the warehouse more efficient.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for leading the Perth based warehouse team and report directly to the WA Warehouse Manager.
Internally you will also be required to collaborate closely with various other departments including, Group Managers, Finance, Customer Service, State Managers, Sales Team, Demand Planning & Compliance and Accounts Managers.
You will play an important role in fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders including transport providers, shipping suppliers, packaging and labour hire businesses.

ABILITIES
Proven warehouse leadership experience
Ability to facilitate all aspects of warehousing.
Strong understanding of WMS (preferably Pronto) and dashboard functions
Strong questioning and problem-solving skills.
Proactive with a high level of initiative
Effective planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
