CGL – Retail Services
is the retail marketing division of the
Clemenger Group
. It operates two market-leading brands,
Creative Activation
and
Clemenger Field Marketing
, enabling clients to achieve sales growth through merchandising, sales teams, brand promoters, store trainers, mystery shopping, and auditing.
About the Role n
You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays, point-of-sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.
Key Responsibilities n
Work with a range of brands and products—including beauty, gift cards, household cleaning, grocery, and personal care—and support major retailers such as
Coles
,
Priceline
, and
Big W
. Deliver high‐quality in‐store presentation, maintain brand standards, and ensure accurate pricing and ticketing.

Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff
n
Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
n
Solution-oriented attitude
n
Ability to lift up to 15kg
n
Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
n
Ability to receive point-of-sale items at home address
n
Confidence in using smart devices and apps
n

Previous merchandising experience is preferred, but we would consider similar experience from different sectors. If you are willing to learn and have a great attitude, then you might just be what we're looking for.
