Responsibilities n

Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers

Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
n
Collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
n
Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
n
Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
n
Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
n
Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
n
Show initiative and be a great team player
n
Qualifications n
n
Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service workplace
n
A genuine love and understanding of the brand
n
The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding customer needs
n
Outstanding communication skills
n




Strong sales and negotiation skills
n
A "can do", hands on style
n
Proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member
n
Passion for fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
n
Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekend
n
Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members)
