VACCA in Chirnside Park, VIC, is seeking a fixed term full time role (12 months) to support Aboriginal children and families transitioning to Aboriginal Community Controlled care. You will work with carers, service organisations and families to strengthen cultural connections and promote access to culture and culturally secure supports.
You will build cultural awareness, foster links to local Aboriginal services and contribute to positive, connected outcomes for children in care.
