WE'RE HIRING A MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Lolly May is looking for an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone with experience in eCommerce, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or a similar consumer-focused industry who understands how social media, content, campaigns and product launches work together.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership, think ahead and work independently someone who can look at what's coming up for Lolly May and proactively identify what we need to create, plan and communicate, rather than simply creating content from a brief
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Managing Lolly May's social media channels across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, including planning, scheduling, publishing and maintaining a consistent brand presence
Developing and executing social media strategies across our platforms, aligned with our broader marketing and brand strategy
Looking ahead at upcoming products and collections and developing content and campaign plans to build awareness, excitement and engagement around each launch
Identifying the content we need ahead of time and working with our creative and operations teams to ensure everything is planned and ready
Developing concepts for digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising and organic content
Writing engaging campaign, website, email and social copy
Coordinating content requirements across photoshoots, campaigns and upcoming product launches
Tracking and analysing social and digital performance to understand what is working and continuously improve our content and marketing activity
Staying across social media trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities to keep Lolly May's digital presence relevant and engaging
Keeping our marketing and content calendar moving and ensuring upcoming activity is planned well in advance




Identifying opportunities for new content, campaigns and ways to grow our brand
Taking ownership of the role and working independently, proactively and confidently without needing constant direction
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
2+ years' experience in a marketing, social media, content or digital role
Experience in eCommerce, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or a similar consumer-focused industry
Experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and content around upcoming products and collections
A strong understanding of how social media and content support brand awareness, engagement and sales
An understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising
Strong copywriting and communication skills
A good eye for creative and an understanding of what makes engaging content
Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
An ability to look ahead, identify what needs to be done and take action without waiting to be told
A commercial and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership from start to finish
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a broader marketing role with social media at its core.
We're not looking for someone whose experience is limited to simply posting on social media. We're looking for someone who understands the bigger picture of marketing someone who can manage our social channels while also thinking strategically about upcoming products, campaigns, content and the wider Lolly May brand.
You'll work closely with the founder and our creative and operations teams to bring campaigns and content to life and ensure we're always planning ahead.
You'll be joining a quick-growing children's eCommerce brand based in Noosa, selling globally and entering an exciting next chapter.
