Senior Human Resources Business Partner
to join our high-performing People & Culture team. In this strategic partnering role, you will work closely with operational leaders across our
Geelong and North-West portfolios
, providing expert HR guidance that supports both our people and business objectives.
Based at our beautiful
Head Office overlooking Albert Park Lake
, this role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to organisation-wide initiatives in a growing healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
As a trusted HR partner, you will:
Partner with General Managers and leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions
Coach and support leaders across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations and workforce planning
Provide expert advice on Awards, Enterprise Agreements, legislation and HR best practice
Analyse workforce data and trends to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
Support organisational change initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities
Assist leaders in building high-performing, engaged and capable teams
Contribute to talent attraction, retention and succession planning strategies
Foster a positive, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture
Build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
About you
You are a confident HR professional with a practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to influence at all levels.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience within a complex or multi-site organisation
Strong knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
Experience coaching leaders through people-related matters, change and performance conversations
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
The ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities
A commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery
Healthcare or aged care experience (highly regarded)
