We are looking for someone who loves food, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business (highly regarded) and a real people person.
If you enjoy working with people, delivering great customer service and developing your leadership skills, this is a excellent opportunity to take the next step in your retail career.
What this role will offer you
As aGrocery Section Lead, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and running the department day to day.
You'll ensure shelves are well stocked, displays are presented to a high standard, and customers have a great shopping experience every time they visit.
What we need you to do
Lead and support the Grocery team to deliveroutstanding customer service.
Ensure shelves arestocked,



faced up and ready for trade.
Assist with ordering, stock replenishment and inventory levels.
Drive sales,control stock loss and reduce waste.
Coach and develop team members.
Deliver promotional and seasonal displays to a high standard.
Monitor product quality, stock rotation and date checking.
Assist with deliveries and back-of-house organisation.
Maintain food safety, WHS and company standards.
Work collaboratively with other departments across the store.
Support the Store Manager and helplead the storewhen required.
