We are seeking an experienced
Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer / Developer
for a Federal Government digital transformation program.
n
This is a senior hands-on development role working within a multidisciplinary Agile team to deliver new business solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and contemporary Microsoft development technologies
.
The Role n
You will work closely with developers, architects, business users and project stakeholders to design, develop and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

n
Develop and enhance solutions with a strong focus on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
n
n
Provide Dynamics 365-specific technical recommendations and solution advice
n
n
Configure and customise
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
n
n
Extend and automate
Microsoft Dataverse
n
n
Develop solutions using
C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and TypeScript
n
n
Develop
Dynamics 365 plugins and JavaScript customisations
n
n
Build solutions using
Power Automate, Business Process Flows and Business Rules
n
n
Develop using
Power Apps and Power Pages
n
n
Integrate solutions using
Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps and Web APIs
n
n
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting and investigation of technical issues
n
n
Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications, APIs and integrations
n
n
Work closely with business users, developers, architects and project stakeholders
n
n
Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and team capability
n
Skills & Experience n
To be successful,



you should have strong demonstrated experience in:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development
n
n
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
n
n
Dynamics 365 configuration and customisation
n
n
Microsoft Dataverse
n
n
C# and .NET Core
n
n
JavaScript and TypeScript
n
n
Dynamics 365 plugins
n
n
Power Automate
n
n
Business Process Flows and Business Rules
n
n
Power Apps and Power Pages
n
n
Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps
n
n
Web API development and integration
n
n
Secure software development principles
n
n
n
n
Identifying, assessing and remediating application and API security vulnerabilities
n
n
Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
n
n
Strong technical and business communication skills
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in an
ICT-related field or relevant industry certifications
are required.
n
Experience with
Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, ASP.NET Core, ReactJS and Agile/Scrum delivery
will be highly regarded.

Working Arrangement:
Hybrid - currently
3 days per week in the office
Expected Start:
2 November ****
Initial Contract:
6 months

Possible additional 6 months

Up to 40 hours per week
