About the role
Retail Team Leader's demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.
Enjoy a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with Sundays and Mondays free to recharge, plus earn penalty rates for your Saturday shifts.
Other expectations include:
Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
Multitasking & prioritisation skills
Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager
Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‐on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
Energetic with a friendly personality & a positive attitude!
Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays. Manage planograms.
