About the Rolen
As a truck driver, you are responsible for delivering stockfeed to customers and acting as the face of Reid Stockfeeds to provide a positive experience for customers.

Accurate and complete loading records and delivery records
n
Delivery of customer reference samples to farm
n
Positive feedback from customers

Reference Sample verification testing (Audit)
n
Professional appearance and communication
n
Daily checklist and weekly maintenance checklists – NextGen
n
No significant safety incidents
n
Lost Time Injury performance against target and industry standards
n

What You Will Bring
n

A current Heavy Combination / Multi Combination licence
n
A minimum of 12 months' truck driving experience
n
Clean driving record
n
Excellent communication and listening skills
n
Able to build credibility and trust with people
n
Ability to work in a team
n
High attention to detail
n
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the company
n
Certificate of Education (Year 12 or equivalent).
n
Experience within agriculture, stockfeed or rural industries.
n
Understanding of NHVR compliance obligations.
n
Experience with in-truck tablets, GPS and electronic delivery systems.
n
