Perched onthe edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct has panoramic views of thesouthern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters. This venue is located on Echo Point Road and offers majestic views from theupper and ground floor levels of this world class restaurant, café and winebar.

The Role /n

This is agreat opportunity for a motivated Cook to join the kitchen team and be part ofthe fast paced workplace this exciting venue has to offer. We are looking forsomeone who has experience working in a busy kitchen environment across à lacarte, functions and events, with a focus on delivering consistent, qualityfood.





The role can be casual or full time.

Minimum 1 year experience in asimilar role

Ability to prepare and cook foodconsistently to a high standard

/n
Can work unsupervised at timesas well as be part of a team

/n
Prepared to work across multioutlets including café service, events & Restaurant

/n
Adaptable availability duringweekday, weekend and public holidays

/n
Pride in presentation,cleanliness and maintaining high kitchen standards

/n
A working understanding of Food Safety Standards, experience of HACCP advantageous
