What you’ll be responsible for
Developing and executing a explicit growth strategy across digital and offline channels
Redefining our brand positioning within a competitive local market
Managing and optimising paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
Improving conversion rates across website, landing pages, and patient journeys
Building retention and referral systems to increase lifetime value
Tracking performance and making data-driven decisions (not vanity metrics)

Who we’re looking for
Proven experience driving measurable growth outcomes (not just activity)
Strong understanding of performance marketing + brand strategy
Comfortable working in a hands-on role — strategy and execution
A test-and-learn mindset: you’re not afraid to challenge what isn’t working
