The NOT so Silent Business Partner is a Bookkeeping Practice with a 300+ small to medium business clients. Our Niche' is The Construction Industry, however, we have client across most industries.

We are looking for 2 Full-time Rockstars to be valued Team Members at our Offices in Wyong.
This role is Bookkeeping and Payroll Role, we also do Compliance and Data Management for our Clients. Bookkeeping will be the main function at the start of Employment with some payroll and plenty of room for Growth and Advancement.
This role is considered fast paced and you will never be bored, due to the variety of works undertaken

Excellent Verbal and written English communication skills are essential
Knowledge of Xero (desirable but NOT essential)
Initial Responsibilites
Data Entry into our Clients Job Systems
Payroll on XERO
BAS / IAS / Superannuation / Payroll Tax / TPAR
Liasing with Clients regarding their work
WorkHours
Working Hours are typically 8:00am to 4:30pm.
As our Business is a Bookkeeping Business, each quarter there is a 3-4 week period where the days may be slightly longer due to the BAS cmpliance requirements of our Clients.
Qualifications
Business Admin or Bookkeeping Qualifications Certificates are preferable but not essential
The Salary Package selected will be determined by the relative experience of the applicant
