Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park is seeking a part time Pastry Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
You will assist with pastry production, contribute to high-quality plates, and support daily kitchen operations under the Executive Chef.
We value creativity, teamwork and flexibility to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends.
