Mobilisation Coordinator
to join our friendly office-based HR and Mobilisation team. As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be responsible for compliance and the mobilisation of Kerman employees and subcontractors for various projects in the resourcing & defence industries.

Key Responsibilities:
n
This position will assist in mobilising all personnel for required projects, and you'll report directly to the HR/IR Manager.
n
As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be involved in the onboarding process, the issuance of training and inductions,



and the mobilisation of personnel to the site.
n
n
Liaise with Project & Site Managers on requirements for Kerman & subcontractor personnel.
n
Work closely with the HR recruitment team to assess Blue & White-collar compliance in line with project requirements.
n
Assist with managing administrative duties relating to current starters in the business.
n
Oversee all subcontractor personnel onboarding and mobilisation to site.
n
Update all Recruitment and Mobilisation Registers.
n
Prepare all required documentation for the onboarding process.
n
Booking of
medicals/inductions/trainings
for Kerman employees.
n
Booking VOC and site-specific training
n
Organising and issuing PPE.
n
Preparing employment starter packs.
n
Preparing & maintaining personnel mobilisation files.
n
n
About you:
n
n
Higher education qualification or equivalent experience is preferred
n
3+ years' experience in Mobilisation or Administration Support with the Mining & Construction industry
n
Superior attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
n
Previous working knowledge of Recruitment, Compliance and Onboarding software (Martian Logic, Avetta, ERMS)
n
Experience working on multiple disciplinary projects.
n
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
