What we offer
Casual position with the opportunity to move to
permanent after 3-6 months
based on excellent performance maintaining a 4.8+ star review average
Competitive hourly pay + weekend/public holiday penalty rates + super + $1.01c per km travel allowance
Flexible working hours, generally 10am - 3pm

This busy role would involve:
Conducting hotel standard check-out cleans when a short term rental guest vacates a property
Reporting any maintenance/damage issues through our intuitive reporting software
Vacate & spring cleans (when/if required)
Ensure guest supplies & consumables are supplied and stocked, available at our warehouse
Make up & style beds
High attention to detail
Linen, towels and consumables dropped off and picked up for you on-site
No linen laundering – this is all done for you!

You will have full support of a housekeeping supervisor that will be there to assist with any queries, induction, training, support etc.

We have a local office based in Stirling and a warehouse located in Osborne Park for meetings, catch-ups, or training.
MUST HAVE Requirements:
Reliable and registered transport with a valid driver's license.
Candidates must have Australian work rights.
You will have good verbal & written English communication skills.
Previous cleaning experience is highly desired, especially in the accommodation/hospitality sector.
Minimum of 6-12 months cleaning experience is required.
Strong attention to detail, reliable, punctual and responsible
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Ideally some availability to work weekends and peak periods if needed
Occasional weekend availability is required for peak periods.
Someone who takes pride in their work and understands that
cleanliness directly impacts guest reviews and property performance
.
We are looking for candidates who are interested in a
minimum commitment of 3–6 months
. For the right person, there is an opportunity to move from a
casual position to a permanent role
based on strong performance.
