We are seeking applications from experienced professionals for a newly created
National Operations Support Officer
role within the Personnel Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Employment Services who is looking to broaden their operational expertise and contribute to projects, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that support service delivery outcomes across the division.
Working closely with the National Performance & Growth Manager, Program Specialist, and National Leadership Team, this role will provide operational, project, and administrative support to help ensure our services remain compliant, consistent, and focused on achieving positive outcomes for our customers.
This is a full-time position and can be based in any Personnel Group office where Personnel Employment services are delivered.

Key areas of responsibility include:
Supporting operational audits and compliance activities.
Coordinating projects, initiatives and actions across the division.
Identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities.
Maintaining operational resources and communications.
Coordinating learning and development activities.
Working collaboratively with leaders and teams to support operational priorities.
Supporting organisational projects and initiatives as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience within Employment Services and understands government-funded employment programs.
Has strong knowledge of the DEWR, DSS and Workforce Australia systems
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrates initiative and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects.
Enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing practical solutions.
Has experience supporting compliance, operational activities, projects or service delivery initiatives.
Builds positive working relationships and works effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Is confident using systems,
data and reporting to support decision-making and outcomes.
Most importantly, we're looking for a proactive "go-getter" who enjoys getting things done, isn't afraid to challenge existing processes and wants to help drive operational excellence across Personnel Employment.
