Aura Aquatics is a small, friendly swim school looking for someone who is positive, reliable, great with people and fantastic with kids to join our team. You don't need to be a swim teacher already — we're looking for the right person, and we'll provide the training.
Key responsibilities
Work with children in a swim school environment
Support children in building confidence and learning water safety
Commit to required weekly shifts: Wednesday afternoon, Friday split shift (daytime and afternoon), and Saturday afternoon. Not suitable for school students.

Genuinely enjoy working with children
Warm, friendly and approachable
Great communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Bring positive energy to work
Confident learning new skills
Willing to obtain a Bluecard, CPR certification and complete Austswim teacher of water safety and infants courses
