JBS Pork Australia is seeking an Australian Government Authorised Officer (AAO) at Laverton for a full time role. You will assist in implementing and managing QA/QC systems and conduct ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections under AEMIS guidelines.
Reporting to QA management, you will ensure compliance with regulatory and customer meat safety standards, with flexibility for early starts and overtime as required.
