Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
Preparing viennoiserie, pastries inclusive of glazing pastries
kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough
monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of pastry products
operating machines which roll and mould dough
ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for operation of equipment
