About the role
As a
Casual Registered Nurse at Baw Baw Views
, you will provide safe,
competent and contemporary clinical nursing care to our residents within your scope of practice and in accordance with AHPRA requirements.
Working closely with the Care Manager and wider care team, you'll support residents to achieve the best possible quality of life through high‐quality, person‐centred clinical care.
Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:
Completing comprehensive resident assessments and participating in admissions
Developing, implementing and reviewing resident care plans
Maintaining accurate and high‐quality clinical documentation
Providing direct clinical care and supporting residents with their individual care needs
Administering medications safely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
Working collaboratively with residents, families, GPs and the wider care team
Supporting the delivery of person‐centred care across the home
Providing clinical guidance and support to the broader care team
Responding appropriately to changes in residents' health and care needs

About you
We're looking for a
Registered Nurse
who is passionate about providing high‐quality, person‐centred care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
To be considered, you will have:
Current registration with AHPRA
Robust clinical and documentation skills
Knowledge and understanding of aged care standards and requirements
An understanding of the aged care accreditation process
Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain one
The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live a life well‐lived
