We are looking for a professional and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the single point of contact for our customers across all aspects of orders, pricing, products and returns for B.Braun's high quality product range.
Your Responsibilities
Interact with internal and external customers via email and phone, providing information and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
Develop strong relationships with customers, internal B. Braun customers, logistic provider and 3pl warehouses.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
Take ownership of Customer queries through to resolution.
Providing PODs
Credit and Return requests
Backorder ETAs
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on complex customers issues, projects, process improvements.
About You
Ideally, your background will include:
5+ years of Customer Service experience in Medical Devices, Pharma, and Healthcare preferred.
Experience with SAP is essential.




Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
A flexible team player with positive attitude.
Focus on accountability and responsibility to see all customer enquiries through to completion
High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
