Key Responsibilities: n

Manage head contract administration, scope preparation, and trade lettings.
n
Prepare progress claims, variations, cost forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
n
Coordinate trade sub-contracts, procurement schedules, and project cash flows.
n
Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
n




Partner with Project Managers and Site Teams to safeguard project margins.
n
What You'll Bring: n
n
5+ years of Contract Administration experience with commercial builders in WA.
n
Strong background managing end-to-end commercial construction packages.
n
Advanced skills in head contract negotiation, cost planning, and trade lettings.
n
Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
n
Sharp analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and WA working rights.
