About the Role
Casual position
Flexible work opportunities
Great option as a second job or additional income source
Up to 38 hours per week available during peak production periods
Cross training opportunities across multiple departments
Rotating tasks every 30 minutes to support fatigue management
Some manual handling involved (approximately 6kg to 15kg)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct visual inspections and identify product defects
Pack products accurately and efficiently for shipment
Monitor packing equipment and report any issues
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Stack cartons and pallets safely according to site requirements
Report stock or quality concerns to supervisors
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures
