Lawmee Pty is partnering with a boutique firm to hire an experienced Building & Construction Lawyer on a contract basis in Melbourne. The engagement is anticipated to run for approximately 3 months with potential extension, commencing as soon as possible.
You will manage a range of construction disputes, appear in VCAT and higher courts, draft pleadings and assist with hearings, with the possibility to supervise junior lawyers and coordinate with counsel. Hybrid work options available.
