Valmar Support Services is seeking a Coordinator - Registered Nurse to manage day-to-day delivery of person-centred aged care and related home services. You will coordinate participant services, staff and volunteers, and provide RN clinical expertise for Support at Home participants, including assessments, care planning and escalation when needed.
The role requires nursing registration with NMBA, solid communication, and ability to coordinate across teams to ensure safe, responsive service
