What your day looks like
Leading the day-to-day care, routines and programming for our youngest learners, six weeks and up
Mentoring and guiding the educators in your room, and ensuring continuity of the program
Building genuine, trusted relationships with families as the first point of contact for your room
Contributing to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan and maintaining high standards of care
Who you would be working with
A team led by Centre Director Tarynn, across six learning environments and two levels, with a strong focus on outdoor play and eco-education. [Tarynn quote - one line on the team's culture.]

What we're looking for
A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards, with relevant experience)
Current Working with Children Check, Child Protection and Child Safety training, First Aid and CPR
Experience leading a room or mentoring a team
