ServiceNow Developer | ITSM & HRSD
n Deliver and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, integrations, automation and platform enhancements within a complex Australian Government environment.
n
Location:
Canberra, ACT, other states can be considered
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - remote arrangements may be considered case-by-case, subject to business needs
Contract Duration:
12 months, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions
Security Clearance Requirement:
Baseline
Essential Tasks n
n
Develop, configure and enhance scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform standards and architecture.
n
Support service requests, incidents and defects while maintaining platform stability, performance and reliability.
n
Develop and maintain integrations, automation solutions and ServiceBridge capabilities.
n
Implement user stories, enhancements and technical work packages, and support platform upgrades.
n
Key Criteria n
n
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)



credentials; CAD certification is desirable.
n
Strong ServiceNow development experience across ITSM, HRSD, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules and customer-facing portals.
n
Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development standards and best practices.
n
Integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, ServiceBridge and process automation.
