Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), Canberra
. Opportunities are available across both
Part-Time and Casual rosters
, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work arrangements while gaining valuable experience in a professional kitchen setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with food preparation and general kitchen duties
Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Support chefs during meal service periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas
Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Ensure work areas remain clean,



organised and safe
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous kitchen, hospitality or food service experience preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a team
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
