You'll work with both adults and children across a varied caseload, primarily providing supports to NDIS participants. No two days need to look exactly the same. You'll have interesting clinical work, different environments and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with the people you support. We provide extensive administrative support so you can spend more of your time doing the work you trained to do. You'll also work alongside an experienced allied health assistant who can support the implementation of capacity building programs under your direction.

Manage your caseload with autonomy over your day
Maintain strong communication and report writing
About you
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility to obtain Australian registration
Ability to work across both adult and paediatric clients
Strong communication and report writing skills
Practical and person centred approach
Ability to work independently while still being part of a team
NDIS experience preferred but not essential

The role

You'll also work alongside an experienced Allied Health Assistant who can support the implementation of capacity building programs under your direction.

You'll have autonomy over your caseload and your day, without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. We have expectations and KPIs, but they are designed to be realistic and achievable within your working hours.

About you
You'll need:
AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility to obtain Australian registration
The ability to work across both adult and paediatric clients
Strong communication and report writing skills
A practical and person centred approach
The ability to work independently while still being part of a team
NDIS experience is preferred but not essential. If you're a great OT with the right attitude, we're happy to support you to build your NDIS knowledge.
Overseas OTs are encouraged to apply
We welcome applications from suitably qualified Occupational Therapists currently living overseas who are interested in relocating to Wagga Wagga.
