About the role
As Project Office Manager, you will play a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Delivery team, partnering closely with the Senior Program Director, Project Managers, technology teams and business stakeholders to establish and lead the Program Delivery Office. You will be responsible for creating the governance, reporting, planning and delivery frameworks that provide visibility, control and alignment across a large-scale transformation program. This role is important in ensuring program leaders have access to high-quality insights, accurate reporting and effective governance processes to support informed decision-making. You will drive consistency across workstreams, oversee program controls, risks and dependencies, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery outcomes and support successful program execution.
Key accountabilities
Establish and lead the Transformation Program Delivery Office, including governance frameworks, standards and controls.
Deliver executive reporting, steering committee materials and governance activities that support effective decision-making.
Manage program planning, reporting, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery controls.
Drive financial oversight, performance reporting, delivery insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead the use of Jira, Confluence and delivery tooling to improve transparency, coordination and program outcomes.

What will you bring?
Demonstrated experience working within a PMO, Project Office or Project Delivery Office environment.
Experience supporting large, complex transformation programs and enterprise delivery initiatives.
Strong governance, reporting, planning and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reporting and recommendations.
