An innovative Federal Government Agency is looking to engagean
ICT Change Manager
to support a major ICT and business transformation program. The role will focus on the structured, procedural aspects of transitioning an organisation to a desired future state. The successful
ICT Change Manager
will be offered an
initial
contract until August ****
with the view to be extended for 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate
.
The
ICT Change Manager
will be responsible for but not limited to;
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives.
Conduct stakeholder and user impact assessments to identify change readiness and adoption requirements.
Facilitate workshops, user engagement sessions,



and change activities across project lifecycles.
Develop high-quality change artifacts, including:
Change impact assessments
Communication plans and materials
Training strategies, guides, and user-facing documentation
The
ICT Change Manager
will have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager within project delivery environments.
Solid practical experience conducting user and stakeholder analysis.
Proven capability developing training materials, user guides, and communications collateral.
Experience planning and delivering business readiness and adoption activities.
Strong facilitation and workshop management skills.
