About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, lead a passionate front-of-house team and ensure our guests receive top-tier service. You will maintain high standards of compliance, manage inventory, and drive a vibrant venue atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring effective service and premium presentation.

• Lead and mentor, bar, floor and gaming staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture.

• Enforce strict compliance with NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & (RCG) regulations.

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety standards across all bar areas.





Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a busy bar or hotel

environment.

• Valid NSW RSA/ RCG Competency Card (essential).

• Robust knowledge of beers, wines, spirits.

• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.

• Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Availability to work a adaptable roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

•Experience with Gaming & Wagering (EGM's, Keno, TAB)
