Swing Factory is a growing Australian-owned golf, hospitality and entertainment business, combining great food, golf, technology and entertainment.

The Role /n

We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.

/n

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation and production, maintaining food quality and presentation, and ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.

/n

This is a hands‑on role suited to a Chef who enjoys a fast‑paced workplace and takes pride in delivering consistently great food.

Key Responsibilities /n

Prepare, cook and present food to menu and quality standards.

/n
Complete food preparation and mise en place for service.

/n
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

/n
Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation.

/n
Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food wastage.

/n
Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

/n
Work effectively with the Kitchen Manager and wider venue team.

/n

What We’re Looking For /n

/n




Qualified Chef – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.

/n
Experience in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.

/n
Robust understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling practices.

/n
Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail.

/n
Reliable, positive and able to work under pressure.

/n
Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

/n
Living locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of Terrey Hills is highly desirable.

/n

What We Offer /n

$72,000–$82,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.

/n
