Arts Centre Melbourne is seeking a Casual Commis Chef to join our kitchen team across restaurants, cafés and event venues in Melbourne. Under Executive Chef guidance, you will prepare and present high-quality food, maintain recipe standards, contribute to menu development and uphold food safety.
The role offers cross-venue flexibility, casual loading and superannuation; you must have Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety certificate, and experience in rapid-paced kitchens.
