Customer Service & Onboarding Administrator
to support a global workforce solutions organisation based in Melbourne's CBD. n
nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service. n
nYou'll be the key point of contact for workers and clients, managing onboarding, compliance, documentation and queries while building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.n

n What You Will Be Doing
n
n

Act as the first point of contact for workers and clients, providing exceptional customer support
n
Coordinate onboarding documentation, contracts and visa/work rights checks
n




Investigate and resolve worker and client queries, taking ownership through to resolution
n
Maintain accurate records across multiple systems and ensure compliance requirements are met
n
Liaise with payroll and invoicing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
n
Support HR-related processes including timesheets, performance matters and workplace health & safety
n
n What You Bring
n

n
Experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR administration, contractor management or high-volume customer service
n
A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
n
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and stakeholders
n
Professional, energetic and positive attitude
n
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
