BlueCare Redcliffe Aged Care Facility is seeking a Wellness Partner to deliver engaging, person-centred wellness activities for residents. Working under the Wellness Lead, you will support physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing while respecting dignity and independence.
You will collaborate with care staff, families and volunteers, maintain records, observe wellbeing changes and ensure protected, welcoming spaces.
