We're looking for an experienced commercial refrigeration professional ready to take the next step in their career and transition into a customer-facing technical role.

This Adelaide-based position is open to both local and interstate candidates, with relocation assistance considered for the right candidate.

Whether you're currently working as a Refrigeration Technician, Supervisor, Estimator, Project Manager or already working in a technical sales capacity, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll use your commercial refrigeration expertise to provide technical advice, support customers, influence project outcomes and become a trusted industry advisor.

Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential. We're looking for strong technical capability, industry knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.
About the role n
In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver practical refrigeration solutions that help customers achieve successful project and maintenance outcomes.

You will:

Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to customers and internal sales teams
n
Support refrigeration system design and equipment selection
n
Assist customers in identifying the most suitable products for their applications
n
Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users
n
Support the delivery of quotations and project opportunities
n
Help drive sales growth across the region
n
Work closely with internal stakeholders and branch teams
n
Become a trusted technical advisor throughout the project lifecycle
n
Key responsibilities n
n




Provide expert technical advice on commercial refrigeration systems and chillers
n
Assist with system design, equipment selection and quotation preparation
n
Follow up opportunities to maximise sales conversion and revenue outcomes
n
Participate in customer visits, technical presentations and solution development
n
Support customer training sessions and product launches
n
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
n
Contribute to sales planning and regional growth strategies
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants and end users
n
What we are looking for n
n
Strong commercial refrigeration industry experience
n
Understanding of refrigeration system design and component selection
n
Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls and refrigerants
n
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and project requirements
n
Experience supporting refrigeration contractors, installers or projects
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
