Synchronous Group is seeking an experienced Estimator to own the ME‐E and BMS estimating function across ACT and NSW. The role involves taking tender briefs, performing take-offs, and producing accurate, commercially sound estimates for both mechanical‐electrical and BMS projects.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Finance to ensure estimates are practical and deliverable, while building templates and processes for future growth.
