ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
based anywhere in Australia for a
FIFO
role to WA with a top‐tier piling contractor. This role will oversee a large mining project with the piling package valued at over $70M.

Permanent Full‐time
n
FIFO to project site in WA.
n
Main Duties n
n
Lead and manage all aspects of piling and civil construction activities on‐site.
n
Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
n
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow.
n
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
n
Monitor resources, equipment, and materials to optimise site productivity.
n
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the project team.
n
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records.
n




Requirements n
n
12+ years' experience
running large piling projects with
more than 6 rigs
.
n
Strong knowledge of
piling methodologies
(CFA, bored, driven, Secant walls) and ground improvement works.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‐functional teams to achieve project goals.
n
$150k–180k base + super + vehicle (negotiable based on experience)
n
