Job Description

Northbuild Construction is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a Toowoomba-based role. You will manage subcontract agreements, track variations, and control costs while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for budgeting, procurement, and maintaining comprehensive project records across a diverse range of commercial construction projects.
