Endeavour Group Careers is seeking a State Executive Sous Chef to drive culinary excellence across South Australia venues from Adelaide. You will lead Head Chefs, mentor apprentices, and shape the food strategy while focusing on profitability and guest experience.

Based in Adelaide with intrastate travel, a tool of trade vehicle is provided. You will partner with procurement, operations, and senior culinary teams to deliver market-leading menus and consistent standards.
