Life Without Barriers is seeking a Case Manager (Child Youth and Family) in Orange, NSW. The role focuses on providing holistic support to young people in care, delivering therapeutic interventions and developing case plans in collaboration with the Care Team.
You will conduct weekly home visits across the Western region, participate in an on-call roster, and maintain up-to-date records to support reliable, trauma-informed care for children and young people.
