Mercure Sydney Blacktown, part of Accor, is seeking a Part Time Commis Chef to join our breakfast-focused kitchen team. You will lead breakfast service on shift and prepare dishes for the hotel buffet and Distrikt Cafe, delivering quality and consistency.

Ideal candidates will have buffet breakfast service experience, solid communication, and a proactive attitude. This role offers onsite parking and a friendly team in Western Sydney.
