Temporary Full-Time - 12 Month Contract (Parental Leave Backfill) commencing December 7th ******* hours, 5 days/week
$95,****** to $104,****** + super
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will support the ERP Program Leader in delivering Liverpool City Council's Environment Restoration Plan, including the development, implementation and evaluation of environmental restoration projects and programs.
The role involves project administration, reporting, grant-funded initiatives and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets and in accordance with Council policies and procedures.
Broaden your Local Government portfolio through hands-on project management and procurement-leading exciting initiatives such as feasibility planning and delivery for a dedicated community nursery facility.
You'll also play a key role in bringing the Environmental Restoration Plan to life, improving internal systems, workflows and technology to enhance field operations and simplify reporting.
ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or a related field
Current Class C Drivers Licence
Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of environmental projects and/or programs
Experience in the management of work programs within a timetable,
within budget and specified standards to deliver outcome
Experience in the development and delivery of promotional materials
Experience in using relevant computer applications and appropriate systems
Knowledge the role of customer service in the Local Government environment
Knowledge of the main environmental issues facing Local Government
Demonstrated record keeping skills
