CatholicCare NT is seeking a Youth Mental Health Worker in Tennant Creek, NT, to provide assertive case management, education and support to young people at risk of mental illness. You will implement and review care plans, assess family needs, and engage with young people and families.
You must have qualifications in Social Work or related field, and experience in Youth Mental Health is highly regarded. Solid communication, report writing and case coordination are essential.
