Join H.W. Greenham & Sons, a proudly Australian-owned leader in the meat processing industry, as our new Loadout Supervisor at our Tongala facility. With more than 25 years of successful operations and ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee our loadout operations and ensure the efficient dispatch of premium meat products to domestic and international customers.
Reporting to the Loadout Manager, you will play a key leadership role in coordinating daily loadout activities, maintaining product integrity, driving team performance, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and export requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate loadout operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, loaded, and dispatched on time.
Lead and support a team of loadout employees in a temperature-controlled environment.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company health and safety procedures.
Ensure export product governance and customer specifications are consistently met.
Monitor stock accuracy, product rotation, and inventory control within company guidelines.
Coordinate loading schedules with production, logistics, and transport providers.
Ensure refrigeration systems, plant, and equipment are operating safely and effectively.
Provide coaching, training, and performance support to team members.
Complete relevant documentation and reporting accurately and on time.
Key Requirements
Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or loadout setting.




Experience working with temperature-controlled or perishable products.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
Sound knowledge of stock control and inventory management processes.
Experience using business systems such as Thorsys, BSM (GS1), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
