What This Role Looks Like
n
n
You'll be:
n
n
Attending daily service, maintenance and breakdown jobs
n
Diagnosing faults across split and ducted air-conditioning systems
n
Completing repairs, replacements and new installations
n
Working on commercial fit-outs and refurbishment projects
n
Installing and modifying ductwork, pipework, grilles and air-conditioning equipment
n
Coordinating with builders, electricians and other trades
n
Carrying out preventative maintenance and system servicing
n
Working directly with homeowners, property managers, builders and business owners
n
Recommending and quoting practical solutions onsite
n
Completing accurate job notes, photos and documentation
n
Moving between jobs throughout the day
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
n
Qualified Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Technician
n




Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
n
Relevant ACT trade licence
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
n
Experience servicing and repairing split and ducted systems
n
Experience with commercial fit-outs and installations
n
Ability to read plans and coordinate with other trades
n
Confident in customer-facing situations
n
Able to work independently and make sound decisions
n
Well presented and professional
n
Organised and efficient
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
n
Experience with electrical fault-finding, controls or commercial HVAC systems will be highly regarded.
