CPB Contractors Pty is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support the HumeLink West project in the Wagga Wagga area. The role will involve coaching leaders, coordinating recruitment, and managing employee lifecycle matters to ensure delivery success.

You will work on a 10 days on, 4 days off roster with accommodation and meals provided at Tarcutta or Kunama camp, and may work non-traditional hours in line with construction activities.
